Basketball Drills - Circle Butt Drill
Purpose: |
A simple drill that is great for working on blocking
out and positioning for rebounding. |
Procedure: |
Create
a 5 x 5 circle. Put two players back to back, butt to butt
inside the circle. On the whistle each player tries to back
the other player out of the circle. Note: Run multiple groups
at the same time to keep everyone involved. |
