For younger teams put your best shooters at positions 3 and 4 so they can try and get a lay-up. For older teams put your best shooters at 1 and 2 for the pass and corner 3-point shot. After 1 and 2 start their cuts to the corner to draw the defense out, 3 and 4 cut around the middle defense to each block.
