drill to work on speed and endurance. |
| Procedure: |
One
runner starts at the beginning of the 100 meter dash mark.
The partner lines up at the 50 meter dash mark. The first
runner begins to sprint as fast as they can and when they
close to within 20 meters of the partner, the partner begins
to sprint. The first runner tries to run the second runner
down. They walk back for recovery and exchange positions.
